PP/PK aged students should be registering through the Early Childhood - Pre-K Enrollment.

Please complete the Early Childhood - Pre-K Enrollment Form which will open on March 1, 2026.

Students that have previously attended a public school in St. Johns County School District at any time in the past and are now enrolled as a full time home education student, should complete a RE-ENROLLMENT form for the 26/27 school year. At this time we are only enrolling students for the CTE/Program of Interest. If your child is currently enrolled in a SJCSD school (not full time home ed) and is applying for CTE, your child must apply through his/her HAC account. If you are attempting to enroll your child for next school year and he or she is currently enrolled, please see below.

For all other students, registration will begin on March 1, 2026. Please exit and return on or after March 1, 2026.

Students previously enrolled in a St. Johns County School District school attempting to re-enroll should complete the Re-Enrollment/Transfer Form. The Re-Enrollment/Transfer form for 2026-2027 will be available March 1, 2026. For more information/updates, please visit our Enrollment page.

This Enrollment Form is for Career Academy and Program of Interest Pre-Registration for students not enrolled in a St. Johns County school.

If your child is currently enrolled in a Public St. Johns County School District school, including St. Johns Virtual School, your child will receive instructions on how to apply for a Career Academy through their Home Access Center (HAC) Account.

Program of Interest Application: For students residing in St. Johns County who will be new to the school district.

Students must be enrolling as Full Time students to be included in the Programs of Interest application lottery. Additional enrollment for part time students will be considered after the lottery results have been determined and as space availability allows.

Please review the below carefully and confirm your Notice of Intent to Establish and Maintain a Home Education Program (F.S. 1002.41). If you do NOT intend to enroll your child as a full time Home Education student, please review your selection above and select 'no' to continue with enrollment in your zoned school or St. Johns Virtual School. Please do NOT complete this form if you have been awarded or are applying for PEP (Personalized Education Program). PEP students are NOT Home Ed.

Notice of Intent to Establish and Maintain a Home Education Program

1. This form will be stamped on the date received in the SJCSD Home Education Office, and receipt will be acknowledged by email. The program start date identified by the parent will be honored unless the form is received more than 30 days later, in which case date of receipt will be used. The annual educational evaluation will be due each year on the month and day of the program establishment. Failure to submit an annual educational evaluation will result in termination of the home education program.

2. A Home Education program established for a student who has been previously identified as exhibiting a pattern of nonattendance will be monitored by a Portfolio Review Committee as require by section. 1003.26(f)(1). Florida Statutes.

3. If the Home Education program ends because the student enrolls in a public school or meets compulsory attendance requirements through a different option, a written notice of termination and the required annual evaluation shall be filed with the Home Education Office within 30 days after said termination.

4. Home education students who access any SJCSD service (e.g. classes, activitiesor testing) will be required to meet the same entry requirements as public school students (e.g. proof of residency, Immunization Form 680, etc.). Students who wish to access classes or activities must register at their zoned school.

5. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to submit annual education evaluations and notify the Home Education Office of residential address, email, and telephone number changes.

In accordance with section 1002.41, Florida Statutes, it is my intent to establish and maintain a Home Education Program for the below student. In addition to the information in the notice section, I also understand that the St. Johns County School District is not authorized to issue a Florida high school diploma to home education students.
