Community Day Charter Public School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, creed or religion, sex, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age, ancestry, athletic performance, special need, proficiency in the English language or a foreign language, or prior academic achievement.” G.L. c. 71, § 89(m); 603 CMR 1.05(2).
The school will maintain the applications of students in accordance with 603 CMR 23.00 Student Records. The applications of students who are not offered admission will be destroyed at the end of the school year for which they applied. Parents/guardians have the right to receive a copy of the application and may request a copy at any time before destruction.
