Andover Public Schools requires students to live within the district boundary lines in order to attend Andover Schools. Two forms of Proof of Residency are required. Residency forms to be provided MUST be:
1) a copy of a contract on a house, mortgage statement or a fully executed lease agreement AND;
2) a copy of a current utility bill (gas, water or electric only) that displays your name and address.

Note: If you are unable to upload the required documents at this time, you will need to send the documents to the school registrar by mail, fax, or email Prior to enrollment appointment.

Students accepted into the Out-of-District Enrollment Program are exempt from the Proof of Residency requirements.
