This appears to be an application for Open Enrollment/Out of District Enrollment. If today's date is after May 15, 2024 please do not submit your application. Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year opens April 1st, 2024 and runs until May 15th, 2024. Any applications submitted after May 15, 2024 for Open Enrollment/Out of district Enrollment will be deleted.

Acceptance Conditions: I understand if my child is accepted into Rossford Exempt School District it is for the upcoming school year only. This application may be revoked because of class size by resident students of Rossford and my child may need to transfer back to his/her home school, prior to the start of the school year or at the end of the school year.

Home Phone:   Every student needs a phone number associated with their information in our system. This should be a guardian's cell if there is no "landline" at the place the student resides.
