Have you already used your snap code to complete MISD registration for the 2024-25 (current) school year?required

When you filled out your returning student registration, did you indicate that you were not returning to MISD?required

Are you registering for a program at Lawson Early Childhood School?required

Pre-K is a state funded preschool program (for children that will be 4 years old by September 1st) that requires specific qualifications to enroll. This is a separate program from special education, early head start or head start. If you think your child needs to be evaluated for special education, please contact the Preschool Evaluation Team at 469-302-2430 before enrolling. If your child is transferring to MISD and already has an IEP, please contact Angela Knight at 469-302-2429 or aknight@mckinneyisd.net before enrolling.required

There are one or more issues preventing you to proceed with the New Student Registration:

You have entered an incorrect Program Approval Code.

If you are trying to enroll a new student for the PreK program, please contact that staff at LawsonPKreg@mckinneyisd.net for information on how to obtain the approval code.

If you are trying to enroll a new student for either Head Start or Early Head Start, you will receive the approval code once you have been selected for that program and have completed the parent interview with their staff.

If you are trying to enroll a new student for either ECSE or a Speech program, you will receive the approval code from your teacher at the end of your ARD meeting.

If you are trying to enroll a transferring SpEd student that had previously attended school in another district, please email Elizabeth Lopez at elopez@mckinneyisd.net and send her your child’s paperwork (ARD, FIE, individual evaluation). After Ms. Lopez has received and reviewed all the documentation, she will provide you with an approval code so you can register your student online.

This student is considered a Returning Student. You need a Snapcode to register this student. If you do not have a snapcode please contact your student's campus.

This form is for students new to the district for the 2024-25 school year.

Please see the campus registrar to review, sign & date a copy of your Pupil Registration form to document who is registering the student at this campus.
