Thank you for your interest in our Preschool programs.

IMPORTANT: You can apply for two schools per child. Both options need to be requested on one single application. Keep in mind that children applying to their school zone will get preference at that school. If you submit multiple applications the new application will cancel the previous one and only the most recent application will be considered active.

Please make sure that your address is entered correctly and it is complete, including apartment, space or suite number if applicable. If you move while your application is in process, please contact our office to update your information.

I understand that completing this form does not guarantee a placement in the program and that only one application form can be submitted per child.

I understand that a child admitted to a program under false information is illegally enrolled and could result in disenrollment upon discovery. I further understand that it is my responsibility as the Parent/Legal guardian to immediately inform the District of any changes to the information provided in this form.
