IMPORTANT: One application must be submitted for each child for each school campus in which you are applying. You will be able to access the link to submit another application for each additional child after each application is completed.

On the submission confirmation page you will have the opportunity to print out a copy of your application to keep for your records. Note: Once the form is electronically submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PowerSchool.

Franklin Academy reserves the right to place students in the appropriate grade level and classes based upon Florida law and records obtained from previous school. Franklin Academy will make placements accordingly.
